1. What knitting products does ElarisKnit offer? We offer a wide selection of premium knitting supplies, including:

  • Yarns (merino wool, cotton, acrylic, alpaca, hand-dyed, etc.)
  • Knitting needles (straight, circular, double-pointed) & crochet hooks
  • Knitting kits & beginner-friendly patterns
  • Accessories (stitch markers, row counters, yarn bowls, project bags)
  • Blocking mats, tapestry needles & care tools

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Opened yarn skeins and used tools are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your yarns and tools suitable for beginners? Absolutely! We carry beginner-friendly yarns, easy-care fibers, and comfortable ergonomic needles. Many of our kits include step-by-step instructions perfect for new knitters.

7. How do I care for the yarns and finished projects?

  • Follow the care instructions on each yarn label (machine washable, hand wash, dry flat, etc.).
  • Store yarn in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Finished garments: Wash gently and block to shape for best results. Specific care details are listed on every product page.
